Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed)
∎ Master's or advanced degree in International Development/Education or related subject area.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take lead in implementation of ECD, LCFA and prevocational skills training education interventions.
∎ Manage and support the Education Program Implementation Team including Coaching with clear standards of accountability
∎ Create and implement professional Development Plan for all direct reports
∎ Ensure cross departmental coordination is taking place between Education team, Child protection, GBV and the respective World Vision Support Departments.
∎ Ensure all education projects meet grant requirements including time frame, resource allocation, scope and risk management.
∎ Work with the Human Resources team on recruitment and orientation for new program team staff.
∎ Provide opportunities for capacity building to all education staff in consultation with the Advisor and Human Resources Department to ensure proper technical, managerial and personal development.
∎ Know grant/donors regulations, compliance issues and build the capacity of his/her team in this respect.
∎ Ensure staff and education program compliance with the child safeguarding policy ( this include visitors and media protocols, partnering with communities and other agencies or CBOs and children participation)
∎ Collaborate with Finance to review financial reports and maintain accurate spending reports and up-to-date budgets.
∎ Lead and evaluate education projects' budgets, projects' funding, expenditures and accomplishments of ministry objectives.
∎ Develop, Monitor and submit projects budgets, financial reports, cash flows, carry forwards, etc.
∎ Update and maintain the Education implementation plan while collaborating with Programme Department to make sure programme designs are based on needs assessment findings (primary & secondary data) and analysis
∎ Ensure all programmes refer to technical standards, consider the education working group and government standards and are aligned with internal and external Strategic Objectives
∎ Ensure education plans are developed and implemented with community engagement, taking into account local needs
∎ Follow up with Accountability to respond to feedback from areas of implementation to strengthen Education sector approach
∎ Coordinate and support establishment of education data base to inform the education sector and donor reporting
∎ Develop strategic activities to mainstreaming child safeguarding including PSEA, disaster risk reduction and social cohesion
∎ Supervise and control all projects' activities as set out in the Action Plan.
∎ Prepare and conduct donor's field visit to ensure proper communication and relationships.
∎ Participate and review projects evaluations in close coordination with the internal and/or external evaluator
∎ Ensure collaborative planning with external stakeholders such as UNICEF, Education subsector coordinators and co-chairs, Camp in charges, other NGOs, Govt ministries community representatives and stakeholders
∎ Ensure World Vision is appropriately represented at the education sub sector and it's affiliated focused Working Groups.
∎ Represent World Vision with appropriate Donors and Government Ministries including the Ministry of Education.
∎ Ensure partner agencies are engaged and on target with program implementation expectations
∎ Provide relevant information from Education coordination, project review and monitoring for new grant initiatives (new projects, new donors) in collaboration with the Advisor and Education Technical programs Manager.
∎ Ensure appropriate assessments and/or baseline survey are properly carried out in close coordination with the projects' teams to feed into design team during the drafting of the new proposals, making sure it matches with the program objectives and donors requirements.
∎ Work closely with the programs team to generate proposals

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on the rohingya refugee crisis and Response
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to design proposals and concept notes
∎ Good knowledge and skills in budget forecasting and tracking
∎ Good training or facilitation skills
∎ Community engagement and participation
∎ Good communication and networking skills
∎ Ability to speak Chittagong/Rohingya Bengali, English both written and verbal is an added advantage.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp locations in Ukhia
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the relevant field with Significant experience in the development and/or implementation of Education in Emergencies and DRR programming.
∎ Knowledge of INEE standards and DRR strategies in the humanitarian sector

Salary: Tk. 141000 (Monthly)
