∎ A Master’s degree in Education or a related field (PhD preferred).

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of experience in educational leadership, including 5 years as a Principal or in a similar senior role.
∎ Preference will be given to British citizens with proven experience in managing schools that follow the British curriculum.
∎ Strong understanding of international education systems, particularly the British Cambridge curriculum.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
∎ A proven track record of academic and administrative success.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide strategic and visionary leadership to uphold the school’s academic and ethical standards.
∎ Oversee curriculum planning and implementation, particularly the British curriculum (Cambridge/Edexcel), integrated with Islamic values.
∎ Lead and mentor faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative school culture.
∎ Manage the school’s daily operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, the school board, and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the successful integration of Hifzul Quran, Islamic Studies, and Arabic Language into the curriculum.
∎ Develop strategies to achieve the school’s long-term goals while adhering to its vision and mission.
