Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing information to students and their guardians regarding universities in Canada, the USA, New Zealand, and the UK.
∎ Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities/maintaining other formalities related to admissions with the university's international office/admission office.
∎ Monitoring the existing and potential students regularly and communicating over the phone or via email.
∎ Attend all kinds of phone calls from the hotline.
∎ Conducting responsibility given by the authority and the office administration.
∎ Lead Call enquires who registered/attended our Events
∎ Assess Inquiries / Applications for Academic background
∎ Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow-up
∎ Discuss Student options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability
∎ Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
∎ Process Applications to Partner Universities
∎ Follow up on all social media comments & messages and give replies & feedback as per customers' requirements.
∎ File processing
∎ Regular reporting.
∎
