∎ To render its current operation in Mohammadpur Branch, we are inviting application for the position of "Senior Education Counselor"
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counselling and recruiting student to reach the personal and organizational goal.
∎ Stay updated with admission procedures and offers.
∎ Guiding and helping students in course selection, admission and visa applications
∎ Collaborating with marketing and admissions team to meet enrollment targets
∎ Participating in career fairs and Education Expo's
Additional Requirements:
∎ More Than 3 years of relevant experience as a career counselor/Sr. Counselor
∎ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Knowledge of overseas education systems and universities
∎ Familiarity with career assessment tools
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
∎ Computer Skills
Salary:
∎ 30000 - 50000 BDT and Unlimited Performance Incentive
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 30,000-50,000 BDT per month based on experience and performance
∎ Performance-based incentives
∎ Other benefits as per company policy.
