∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee the design process from concept through to final production.
∎ Create detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, fabrics, and techniques.
∎ Collaborate with product development teams to ensure feasibility and functionality of designs.
∎ Work with merchandising and marketing teams to align designs with brand strategy and customer needs.
∎ Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders.
∎ Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth.
∎ Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure launch deadlines are met.

∎ General:
∎ As a Senior Designer (Punjabi Section) or (Kids Section), you will be at the forefront of creating and developing new clothing lines for Punjabi/Kids that not only reflect current fashion trends but also anticipate future styles. You will work closely with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic criteria and commercial objectives.
