∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ At least 5 years relevant working experience in the printing design at a sizeable factory or design house
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
∎ Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
∎ Excellent visual communication skills
∎ Experience with branding and marketing collateral creation (web graphics, social media graphics, presentations, etc.)
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to manage projects from concept to completion, and provide strategic design direction.
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory and composition
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital media, implementing them to enhance campaigns.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create social media posts, ads, Google Ads banners, and website elements.
∎ Design materials for events and promotions, including brochures, leaflets, banners, posters, and logos.
∎ Develop innovative designs and visuals to meet the project requirements.
∎ To develop and create design concepts for printing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, and other paper-based products, etc.
∎ To prepare layouts and finalize artwork for printing, and ensure proper alignment, colors, typography, and image resolution.
∎ To work with clients or internal teams to understand design needs and specifications for execution.
∎ To ensure designs in comply with printing production standards and brand guidelines or requirements.
∎ To prepare print-ready files for the offset printing process, and ensure correct file formats (e.g., PDF, TIFF, EPS), color profiles, bleed, and trim marks.
∎ To collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project flow from design concept to printing production.
∎ To address and solve any issues that may arise during the production process, such as design adjustments or technical concerns.
∎ To ensure finished products to be delivered in accordance with client or company requirements.
∎ To stay updated on the latest trends in design, printing technology, and offset printing techniques.
∎ To help in budgeting and resource management for design and printing projects.
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Maintaining schedule & documentation of client requirements from queries.
∎ Preparing & processing various types of design materials for digital media platform.
∎ Designing to develop innovative concepts for different promotional materials like logo, posters, leaflets, reels, banners, brochures, etc.
∎ Generating innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional tools.
∎ Suitable candidate should be highly creative and experienced Graphics Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in illustration, layout, brochure/annual report/calendar/catalog design, product packaging, advertising design and design for Social Media Platform.
