Job Context:
∎ Candidates must be active, dynamic and should be capable to work under pressure, and must be target-oriented in their duties.
∎ Candidates with 5-6 years of experience in education counseling for higher studies in the UK, Europe, Canada, USA, and Australia will be highly preferred.
∎ The candidate must be good at English speaking and writing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consult the students who are seeking Foreign Education, face to face or over the phone.
∎ Provide education counseling for students to ensure the most appropriate course selection.
∎ Prepare the Students for interviews at the Embassy.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Help students research and shortlist suitable institutions, majors, and programs.
∎ Advise students on preparing strong college applications, including essays, letters of recommendation, and other required documents.
∎ Offer counseling and support to students dealing with personal and emotional challenges that may affect their academic performance.

∎ Stay current with trends in higher education, career development, and counseling techniques through professional development opportunities.
∎ Be prepared to provide immediate support and intervention in case of emergencies or crisis situations involving students.
