∎ Food costing, Client handling, Customer Support/ Client Service, Email Communications.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest.
∎ Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
∎ Report to property on time and in proper uniform.
∎ Have to do inventory & wastage variance
∎ Strong commitment to the customer service.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries
∎ Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
∎ To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the ordering process
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in, Restaurant, Food Chain shop, Hotel waiter, Restaurant Expert
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ The candidate has to be friendly, smart & a team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure
