∎ Training/Trade Course: Rajuk IBA Membership (plus point)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with detail working drawing.
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Candidate must have management skill to handle project from start to finish.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
∎ Candidate have to skill to prepare financial budget for project.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Take the "brief" to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.
∎ Rajuk / CDA Drawings preparation.
∎ Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Max,v-ray, Lumion and Photoshop will get extra priority.
∎ To implement other architectural-related work as per the decision of Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Architecture, Interior Design, Project Budgeting, Project Management
