Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation preferably in CSE &/or related fields from any reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the controls of the security systems:
∎ Alarm system and related signal.
∎ CCTV monitors and video recorders.
∎ Silent duress alarm.
∎ Access control system.
∎ Fire Alarm system.
∎ PABX system.
∎ Ensure that, after working hours, all security protection devices are monitored electronically.
∎ Maintain the card access activity record for at least 3 months.
∎ Maintain a control log for the duress button activation.
∎ Ensure that the camera and video requirements are properly implemented.
∎ Ensure that all emergency exits are alarm contact 24 hours a day.
∎ Test all exit doors alarm every other month, and maintain testing record on file for minimum of one year.
∎ Monitor that the local alarms' power systems are ok.
∎ Monitoring PABX call monitoring system monthly.
∎ Checking and maintain a log for Fire Hydrant quarterly.
∎ Ensure that the local alarms' power backup system quarterly.
∎ Apply the alarm system testing procedures and take the appropriate action to re-set the system in case of failure (if any).
∎ Ensure that the semi-annual security devices inspection is regularly carried out.
∎ In absent of security In - charge work his position.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent communication skills and command in both Bengali and English.
∎ Positive attitude to work after office hours if required
∎ Age may be relaxed for experienced/deserving candidates.

Salary: Negotiable
