• We are looking for a competent Security Supervisor.

• Monitor the controls of the building’s security and safety. Ensure that un-issued or un-used ID badges or access cards should be inventoried in the security department under dual control.

• Ensure that terminated employees should surrender their ID badges before departing the premises.

• Keep informed when an employee’s job function changes, whereby the access controls to restricted areas can be re-set or changed.

• Keep informed when employees are terminated, in order to carry- out and completes the employee termination check list.

• Monitor & control the shipping & receiving activities, including the outer door activation.

• Ensure that occupied restricted areas must contain a minimum of two authorized employees.

• Control the keys issuance of the restricted areas, and maintain issuance record, as well as maintaining the dual control of all master keys and spare keys.

• Initial and date each of the key control documents attesting that review / approval process for the list of employees authorized to hold keys and/or lock combinations, has been completed.

• Review regularly all customer orders file, and to make sure that it contains all the required audited documentations.

• Supervise closely each and every products delivery activities to the customer, and to make sure that they are as per the international delivery standards.

• Ensure that the semi-annual inspection must be conducted on all security devices and hardware, and that the inspection report must be maintained for at least 18 months.

• Any other job assigned by top management.
