∎ At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
∎ Must have a proven track record in military or Défense services.
∎ Completion of commando training is essential.
∎ Must possess a licensed Gun.
∎ Physically fit, highly motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the secure and efficient management of all protocol activities within the organization.
∎ Provide close protection and security to high-level executives and VIPs.
∎ Coordinate with security teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive safety protocols are in place.
∎ Facilitate the smooth execution of corporate events, visits, and other activities requiring protocol oversight.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for dignitaries and high-profile guests, ensuring they are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including security guards and officers.
∎ Ensure monitoring controlling & managing movement of employees during entry & exit along with visitor movement management as requested.
∎ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
∎ Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
∎ Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches and suspicious activities.
∎ Train security staff on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and customer service techniques.
∎ Conduct investigations into security incidents, accidents, or violations of company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, including incident reports and documentation of disciplinary actions.
∎ Respond to emergencies and security incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to ensure proper functioning.
∎ Provide guidance and support to security staff, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security management.
∎ We are seeking Retired Army Person (NCO) only for qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in Défense, advanced security training, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of protocol and safety. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
