Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC, HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Retired Defense JCO

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to visit posts & sites daily by Motorbike provided by the Company.
∎ Capability to handle the honorable Clients & close communicate with them when required.
∎ Control and managing power to monitor Security personnel recruiting for the Company.
∎ Co-ordinate with the site administration to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.
∎ Implementing Security Protocols.
∎ Sourcing Security guards when required & maintain register.
∎ Ensuring proper Training of guards & their uniform.
∎ Post visit report is to be submitted weekly with photograph.
∎ Capability to understand the site needs, maintain & develop site Security activities.
∎ To be ensure to collect the duty roster from the duty post by 1st day of the month.
∎ As per duty roster, bill is to be prepared & distribute to the Clients by 1st week of the month.
∎ Guards bill will be collected & guards salary will be distributed by 7 to 12 of the month.
∎ To maintain contracts with local Police Station, Fire Station & other necessary action.
∎ Perform any other work as & when required by Management.
∎ To be ensure that no shortage of guards are in the post & guards should report in the post before 15 minutes earlier.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience : Security related activities.
∎ Efficiency in bike driving with valid license
∎ Having good communication skills
∎ Must have physical fitness
∎ Must have good knowledge about Security environment & hazards
∎ Being polite & analytical
∎ Having leadership skills
∎ Being proactive
∎ Having interpersonal skills

Salary: Negotiable
