∎ মোটরসাইকেল চালানোর লাইসেন্স ও চালানোয় পারদর্শী হতে হবে। নিজস্ব মোটরসাইল থাকলে অগ্রাদিকারযোগ্য।
∎ বেসিক কম্পিউটার এবং ই-মেইল পরিচালনার দক্ষতা ।
∎ চ্যালেঞ্জ নিয়ে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা এবং বিভিন্ন প্রক্রিয়ায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা ।
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা এবং প্রফেশনালিজম মেন্টইন করে দায়িত্ব পালন করা।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান ও এলাকায় নিরাপত্তা প্রহরীদের নিয়োগ, তদারকি এবং নিয়মিত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও প্রতি শিফটে গার্ড দিয়ে নিরাপত্তা সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ প্রহরীদের প্রশিক্ষণ , তদারকি, গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা, পরিদর্শন, দিন-রাত চেকিং ইত্যাদি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।
∎ গ্রাহকের চাহিদা ও নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা পরিচালনা ।
∎ নিরাপত্তা প্রহরী ব্যবস্থাপনায় দক্ষতা থাকা আবশ্যক।
∎ জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত সাড়া দেওয়া এবং নিরবচ্ছিন্ন নিরাপত্তা সেবা প্রদান করে প্রতিটি পোস্টের প্রতিটি শিফট পরিচালনা করা ।
∎ সরকারি ছুটি কিংবা প্রয়োজনে অথবা জরুরী মহূর্তে যেকোনো সময় অপারেশনাল কাজে যুক্ত থাকার মানসিকতা থাকা আবশ্যক ।
∎ চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগের মধ্যে মার্কেটিং , প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রচার এবং নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট সংগ্রহের ব্যাপারে তৎপর থাকা।
∎ অফিস কতৃক যে কোন নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
