• Age 35 to 50 years

• Must have served in Defense Forces i.e. Army/Navy/Air Force as a Warrant Officer/Senior Warrant Officer or equivalent rank and retired from Army/Navy/ Air Force normally on Age/Service Limit.

• Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee

• Mature enough to resolve minor conflict situation among the guest / guests and employees.

• Knowledge of local security regulations is preferred.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Compulsory retired persons are discouraged to apply.

Context: To safeguard customers, employees and assets of the hotel by executing sound security and emergency practices

Responsibilities:

• Detects potential sources of security problems, safety hazards and fire hazards by maintaining surveillance of hotel.

• Patrols on a regular basis.

• Ensures all hotel entrances are locked and unlocked as per hotel policy.

• Maintains hotel key management procedures and ensures that all keys are accounted for.

• Will ensure timely closing of all hotel outlets in due time.

• Ensures that all meeting rooms and exhibition rooms are secured.

• Completes daily log, including pertinent information from the shift.

• Handles complaints, investigates and formulate detail reports on customer or employee injuries, worker’s compensation claims, thefts, assaults, lost property, car accidents, loud parties, vandalism and other customer complaints as necessary.

• Takes appropriate action on hotel cleanliness issues and general hotel services.

• Responds to emergencies, co-ordinates the partial or complete evacuation of the hotel in instances such as fire, armed robbery, severe injuries, power failure or bomb threats as necessary.

• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service and experience.

• Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.

• Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction

• Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.

• Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.

• Minimizes safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.

• Keeps immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote co-operative and harmonious working climate.

• Any job related task assigned by the supervisor.
