Job Context:
∎ Sentry Security Services Ltd. is looking for few numbers of retired armed forces personnel as a Security officer for a diplomatic mission. The candidates should be young, energetic and having job experienced in the private security industry. CIVIL dynamic security officer level personnel may also apply for this position having 6-8 years` job experience in the relevant field with immediate effect.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time 8 hours shift duty (six days a week) & 1-day holiday per week for male and 2 days` holiday per week for the Female Security Officer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Security Incident Investigation.
∎ Security Emergency Response / Handling.
∎ Properly Trained and handled on security duty, fire hazard handling, communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla both written and spoken.
∎ Trained or knowledgeable about various safety and security related jobs.
∎ Knowledgeable in operating fire and other safety and security equipment's alarm panels.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work with multicultural environment.
∎ Highly motivated workforce.
∎ General Core Security Training on Security Threats and Risks under prevailing security environments.
∎ General Core Safety Training on Managing Safe Work, Hazard Identification, Sources of Energy, Usage of PPE, Near Miss Incidents reporting etc.
∎ Suspicious Packages & amp; IEDs: Do's, Don'ts, Responses, Cordoning, deactivating Bomb Procedures, Clearing of Zone.
∎ Visitor Management System - Front Desk & Reception Security.
∎ Lost and Found Procedures.
∎ Marshalling and Parking Zone Security.
∎ Foot Patrol, Vehicle Patrol procedures.
∎ Access Control System - Pedestrian, Vehicle Movements, Material in Out, Head counting maintenance, Search (Personnel & Vehicle), Visitor Management and coordination with specific hosts, Usage of Archway, Handheld Metal Detector, X-Ray Scanner, Vehicle Scanner (with Glass Mirror checks, Vehicle Bollard operations etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to the retired Armed Forces Personnel having at least 6-8 years' job experience in the military service.
∎ For the Non Military Background Personnel may also apply for this position who is having minimum 6-8 years' practical job experience in the private security industry in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES or in Security Officer Level Position at any Foreign Embassy, Consulate House, UN Bodies, Multinational Companies, INGO's / MGO's, Banks, Hotels, in Bangladesh.
∎ The candidate must be fluent (25% - 45%) in English and should have the capability to communicate in English with the Foreign Visitor's and Embassy Staff's.
∎ The candidate has to be physically fit and having minimum 5' 6" in height.
∎ Male and Female candidates are allowed to apply for this position.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
