Security Management, Security Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring overall safety and security of the factory.
∎ Ensuring correct receipt and delivery of Gate pass consignments, ensuring regularity of goods in-out and jute delivery.
∎ Maintaining proper records of any incidents and maintaining communication with the administrative heads on various security related matters.
∎ Confirm that there is no unauthorized person in the restricted area.
∎ Properly conducting activities and keeping records during in and out of factory workers, buyers and visitors as per rules.
∎ Proper storage of all factory keys, exchange with authorized persons, record keeping, timely opening and closing of factory as per procedure.
∎ Conducting regular C-TPAT activities, providing full assistance to authorities during fire drills and ensuring compliance in all factories.
∎ Conducting proper security procedures during in-out, shipment of vehicles and maintaining records as well as monitoring CCTV.
∎ Ensuring post based duties at various locations in the factory & Arrange escort as required.
∎ Overseeing documentation and reports are being completed correctly, updating as required and maintaining/controlling registers properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have work experience in military.
