Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduates from Bangladesh Military Academy or any other approved relevant institute will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on safety and security

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Officer, Security Supervisor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing security operations and leading security teams.
∎ Monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
∎ Ensure safety of the company's properties, assets and staffs.
∎ Prepare duty roster & maintain proper discipline of the security guards.
∎ Conduct regular 'Fall In' and training on security related activities for security guards.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Handle any security related issue in coordination with Factory Administration.
∎ Report daily activities and any incidents to the management.
∎ Maintain liaison between local law enforcing agencies and Govt. intelligence law agencies.
∎ Lead and supervise security intelligence team members.
∎ Asses the needs of security enhancement for any emergency
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Army person will get preference.
∎ Must be a Retired Captain or above position from Bangladesh army.
∎ Must always stay near the factory premises.
∎ Must have working experience related to security and safety.
∎ Must be fluent in written and verbal communication.
∎ Working experience as security in-charge or officer in any Spinning, textile, garments, manufacturing industry will be highly appreciated.
