∎ Minimum HSC from any institution.
∎ Skills Required: Defense, Security Guard

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Army, Defense
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Security Management
∎ To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly
∎ To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and services
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection and safety of properties/assets, management and employee of the company
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for management, employees and visitors
∎ Responding to emergency situation if any
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses in sites
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into company area
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and roasters
∎ Keep morale of the security personnel high at all times. Ensure security team and other employees company abide by the company's Code of Conduct
∎ Accurately reporting all incidences to the line management
∎ To receive & take both local and foreign guest from main gate to the concern officials
∎ Maintain and keep update different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register etc.)
∎ Monitor and maintenance of CCTV footage
∎ Regular security team performance appraisal
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Education may be relaxed in case of warrant officer/ Sr. warrant officer from Defense Service.

Salary: Negotiable
