Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of NUBT
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the group.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard at different projects and campuses.
∎ To ensure that the security personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and delicately.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Maintain records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per requirement of the company.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of merchandise, property and assets.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Preventing and detecting offences on sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter campus areas.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Should have extra knowledge on fire fighting
∎ Any other task assigned by the Departmental Head time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems. Ex. Army, Navy, Air force, BGB, (JCO or equivalent) will get preference.
