∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing systematic HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization
∎ Planning and coordinating administrative procedures/ systems, and devising ways to streamline process
∎ Maintaining manpower planning and ensuring right people in the right place at the right time to utilize proper workforce management
∎ Leading recruitment efforts, including sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and managing the onboarding process
∎ Developing and implementing performance management processes that support employee development and align with organizational goals
∎ Reviewing job descriptions for all positions of personnel at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective persons
∎ Monitoring daily activities of personnel and report to the concerned authority
∎ Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
∎ Developing and implementing organizational development initiatives that foster a positive work culture and increase employee engagement
∎ Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively and efficiently
∎ Communicating with employees regarding their work problems and ensure logistic and administrative support to increase efficiency
∎ Ensuring employee engagement to achieve optimum output
∎ Arranging meeting and preparing various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of administrative operations
∎ Taking disciplinary action and conducting departmental inquiries
∎ Performing any other tasks as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Master's degree in HRM or MBA with a major in HRM from a reputed university
∎ 10-12 years working experience in corporate/multinational company
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
∎ Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range organizational goals
∎ In-depth knowledge of and familiarity with modern administration and office compliance
∎ Ability to anticipate developments in educational philosophy as well as in technology and innovation
∎ Retired Major or higher-ranked individuals from the Bangladesh Army will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
