Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting in-depth research on related topics in order to develop original content
∎ Developing content for social media pages and groups, blogs, articles, websites, and other platforms as required by the organization
∎ Ensuring that all published content meets our standards for accuracy, grammar, tone, and quality
∎ Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
∎ Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
∎ Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
∎ Collaborating on projects with in-house specialists in data, marketing, SEO, and PR
∎ Keeping abreast of developments in digital media, content marketing, and social media content
∎ Staying up-to-date on emerging trends in digital media and using search/keyword tools to always improve content.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Proven content writing or copywriting experience
∎ Working knowledge of content management systems
∎ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
∎ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
∎ The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and balance the needs of multiple constituencies
∎ Effective communication skills.
