Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation completed from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
∎ Work shift patterns of Night Shift.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise. Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Supervise security personnel and ensure their adherence to security guidelines and standards.
∎ Conduct regular drills and training for security and hotel personnel on emergency protocols.
∎ Ensure to maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Officer's in/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc.).
∎ Responsible for maintaining clear and concise logs of all nightly occurrences, suspicious activity.
∎ Ensures all properties security alarms and CCTC camera are on and functional.
∎ Might spend all or part of his shift watching the CCTV monitors for any suspicious activity, and report to the GM in case of any suspicious activity.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.
∎ To coordinate, liaison and build good relationship with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ To prepare the overall Security budget and ensure that budget allocated is used wisely.
∎ Emergency Rules follow in according to the security function.
∎ Investigate incidents such as accidents, thefts etc.
∎ Ensure the security team is well-equipped and prepared to handle security challenges effectively.
∎ Patrols properties interior ground and back off the house area.
∎ Patrols parking lots, stairwells, lobbies, bars and restaurants.
∎ Use of fire extinguishers when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role in a hospitality environment.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire safety Management, Hazard assessment, Security Training Instructor.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel & Resort
∎ Should be defense background, Bangladeshi any defense force like Army, Navy, Air Force, Ansar Retd. person or any security Firm or Company similar position is required.
∎ Must possess good IT skills specially Bangla & English Typing Skill Required.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience.
∎ Able to work in Night shift.
