• To be responsible for all factory security guards of the Group.
• To Oversee day-to-day security operations of the yard premises including entry/exit points, perimeters, warehouses, and production plants.
• To train new Security Guards and enhance security awareness among all Security Personnel within the company.
• To develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.
• To monitor all security systems including CCTV, access control.
• To ensure proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts.
• To ensure that all Security Personnel are performing their duties sincerely and effectively.
• To implement effective access control for staff, visitors, vehicles, and vendors.
• To maintain logbooks and digital records of entries and exits.
• To Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, trespass or any suspicious incidents.
• To collaborate with local law enforcement or intelligence agencies when required.
• To ensure proper security of raw materials, finished goods, and critical assets.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports, records, and documents to the Management as required.
• Perform any other security-related tasks assigned by the Management.
• Support internal and third-party audits related to security and compliance.
• To assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by top management.
