Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: Security Management, Security related activities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Safety and Security Management, Security Incharge
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the security of all types of goods and services in the factory.
∎ Monitor the guard and intelligence on every floor so that nobody can take any goods
∎ Ensure in/out goods are properly recorded in the registered and gate pass are stored properly.
∎ Special instruction have to take for supervising the guard during the loading of juts/waste goods and properly recorded in the register.
∎ Being able to stop theft/robbery, pilferage inside and around the factory and Provide necessary escort while goods are being shipped.
∎ Monitor, control and manage movement of employees and visitors during entry and exit periods.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, including security guards and surveillance staff.
∎ Communicate with police or other departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorised persons.
∎ Prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of authorised persons or unusual occurrence.
∎ Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tempering force when necessary.
∎ Maintain effective security management system by following and keeping proper documents with policy and procedure.
∎ Monitor CCTV camera regularly, if found any irrelevant or suspicious things inform the concern.
∎ Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure gate pass, Challan, loading/unloading of materials and incoming and outgoing movement of vehicles.
∎ Ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the factory premises and check all the register those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ All other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retried /Any Defense (Military, Navy and Air Force Non-Commissioned/Warrant) Officer will be given preferences.
Salary: Negotiable
