∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should be Ex-Army/Air Force/ Navy/ BGB equivalent to Sergeant to Senior Warrant Officer (SWO).
∎ Professional Training/Qualifications about Security will be an added advantage.
∎ Minimum 5 years practical experience in any recognized company in the same field will be preferable.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Word, Excel with Bangla & English typing.
∎ Candidate must be Smart, hardworking and career oriented.
∎ Self-Motivated & Positive attitude.
∎ Organized & Discipline.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving ability.
∎ Have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Effective communication skills both verbal and written with good time management.

∎ Strong Leadership Skill.
∎ Responsible for organizing the security department to have command and control over the all-security department.
∎ To keep the higher authority to inform of the overall.· Introduce modern security equipment's.
∎ Monitoring & control to security guard.
∎ Weekly train up guards.
∎ Report to higher authority each & every incident/suspicious activities.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Higher Management.
