Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Army, RAB & Air Force Retired Sergeant
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any Security Related Training
∎ Training/Trade Course: Basic Fire Safety Training.,CTPAT Training
∎ Skills Required: Security related activities

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retired Non Commissioned Officer(ARMY), Security Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ability to visit posts & sites daily by Motorbike provided by the Company.
∎ • Capability to handle the Local and Foreigner Visitor, Auditors & Close communicate with them when required.
∎ • Factory opening & Closing Report prepared and submit
∎ • Security Register Checked and verify,
∎ • Expect Absent report.
∎ • Tiffin / Breakfast check report
∎ • Daily Overtime Memo for Male Security, female and cleaner, OT control
∎ • Able to make proper and effective weekly duty roster for security.
∎ • Able to make proper and effective monthly duty roster for cleaner.
∎ • Control and managing power to monitor entire Security and Housekeeping Team within the Company.
∎ • Co-ordinate with the Management and worker to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.
∎ • Implementing Security Protocols.
∎ • Sourcing Security guards when required & maintain register.
∎ • Ensuring proper Training of guards & ensure their uniform and dressing-up in proper manner.
∎ • Hourly Factory visit report is to be submitted time to time with photograph.
∎ • To maintain contracts with local Police Station, Fire Station & other necessary action.
∎ • Perform any other work as & when required by Management.
∎ • To be ensure that no shortage of guards are in any roster & guards should report in the post before 15 minutes earlier.
∎ • Security back ground check immediately (with in a day or two from the joining).
∎ • Floor wise housekeeping like floor cleaning, toilet cleaning, cooler cleaning, net cleaning, window glass cleaning.
∎ • Housekeeping follow-up factory inside, outside Container inside and outside as well as construction work area.
∎ • Guide to the cleaners - how to use cleaning items
∎ • Floor Visit and the blockage of pathway inside and outside floor,
∎ • Garbage checking, identify useable materials and able to process of disposing unusable goods.
∎ • Follow-up Cleaner Check list daily.
∎ • Daily wastage capacity tracking and update status to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work with security guard, and non management level staff.
∎ Regular inspection of security and sensitive points of the factory.
∎ Sensitive area must be checked at day and night.
∎ Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures
∎ Maintain discipline in all production area regarding safety &security.
∎ Report to the authority about the total security conditions of the factory time to time
∎ Must have knowledge on installation of panel board system, fire alarm, smoke detector system.
∎ Prepare report regularly on safety & security problems to the top management.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Must have certificate on fire safety training or retired person from FS & CD who shall be delegated for safety issues, such as training, drill, awareness etc.
∎ Ensure all registers and documents are correctly maintained
∎ Must have knowledge on Accord & Alliances rule.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure
∎ Army Experience will be added advantage
