Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC pass.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To train the security guards.
∎ To develop the skill of existing security guards.
∎ To co-ordinate the activities among security guards and security ensuring personnel.
∎ To monitor the over-all security measures of the organization.
∎ To maintain the security tight and strict.
∎ To observe organization's daily security activities.
∎ To handle any unexpected situation regarding security.
∎ To deal with the law and order maintaining agency.
∎ To communicate with the HR & Admin department regularly.
∎ Any others job prescribed by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Recently retired Personnel, Equivalent up to JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer) from Bangladesh Army will get preference.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have the will and mentality to work in Factory environment.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Must have the physical fitness to handle stress.
∎ Must have the willingness of long-time work.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provident Fund, Earn leave, festival bonus, mobile bill and others as per company policy.
