Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the overall security of all company's properties, assets and staff.
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the company.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc.).
∎ Recording daily observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.
