• Height must be 5 feet 7 inches or above.

• Must have sound physical fitness.

• Energetic, Sincere, Hard worker and Dutiful.

• Presentation and facilitation skill for conducting training, workshop, and seminar.

• Capacity to liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including government

• Knowledge about ISO and compliance audit.

• Knowledge fire safety management.

Responsibilities & Context:

The selected candidate will perform and ensure all security-related responsibilities of the Factory. Defense background (Bangladesh Army)- Sergeant / Warrant officer will get preference.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Head of admin and receives verbal and written direction and instructions.

• Establish high-quality security system for company, arranging, monitoring, and protecting company assets safety, personnel safety and information safety properly.

• Ensuring responsible person completes renewal of equipment`s with expiry dates and in working condition from a compliance perspective.

• Periodical inspection of all equipment related to fire and safety and report.

• All the tools, small machineries, equipment, that has taken out of factory with authorized gate pass must be tracked down till it return in factory. Sending weekly & monthly report to concern persons.

• Through establishing a high-quality security system, the value of protecting company assets, personnel safety, and information safety and guarantee company`s business running smoothly.

• Maintain key control and personnel control to restricted area.

• Ensure that percentage of fire-fighting team is as prescribed by law

• Any other task assign by the management.
