Requirements:

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age: 20 to 45 years (preferred)
• Education: Minimum Eight / JSC or equivalent
• Retired Army / BGB / Navy persons with practical experience as Security Guard in Construction / Real Estate / Diagnostic Center will get preference
• Physically fit and mentally alert
• Basic knowledge of security procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Additional Requirements (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Training in fire safety or first aid
• Experience using surveillance equipment
• Knowledge of basic crowd control techniques

Job Summary:

We are looking for alert, reliable, and responsible Security Guards (Male/Female) to ensure the safety and security of our Super Shop and Diagnostic Center premises, customers, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate should be vigilant, professional, and capable of handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Super Shop:

• Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent theft or unauthorized access.
• Check bags or items as necessary according to company policy.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activities.
• Assist customers and staff in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Ensure security of parking areas.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems if available.

 Diagnostic Center:

• Control access to restricted areas such as laboratories or testing zones.
• Ensure safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain order in waiting areas and manage crowd control if necessary.
• Escort patients or visitors if needed.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or safety hazards.
• Assist during emergency situations (e.g., fire, medical emergency).
