Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
Patrol and Monitor: Regularly inspect premises, perimeter, and surveillance cameras to detect signs of intrusion or disruption.
Access Control: Manage entrance/exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles; issue visitor badges.
Incident Response: Respond to alarms, provide first aid or CPR, and contact police/fire authorities during emergencies.
Reporting: Write detailed, accurate daily logs and incident reports for management.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure compliance with safety policies, such as fire regulations and, at times, manage metal detectors or bag checks.
Deterrence: Maintain a visible presence to deter vandalism, theft, or unauthorized access
