∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure Building Security/CCTV Systems and Management, 24hrs a day/7 days a week.
∎ Assess problems and make improvements in security/CCTV Systems.
∎ Monitor and ensure Building Fire Safety Systems and Management, 24hrs a day/7 days a week.
∎ Assess problems and make improvements in Fire Safety Systems.
∎ Monitor and Ensure Fire Safety of Sub-Station, Generators, ATS, 3 Lifts, Water Pumps, etc.
∎ Ensure the highest standards and compliance of Building Security.
∎ Ensure the highest standards and compliance of Building Fire Safety.
∎ Respond and resolve Building Security problems with professionally, promptly and efficiently.
∎ Liaise with Building Security and Fire Safety vendors, service providers, etc.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly Building Security Reports.
∎ Ensure Building Security's professional performance, skills and motivation.
∎ Enhance I-K Tower's brand as a premier office Building.
∎ Establish best-practice Fire Safety protocols, SOPs, etc.
∎ Liaise with Fire Services to ensure compliance and cooperation.
∎ Building power must shout down.
∎ Develop and monitor Building Security Checklists for all Security Systems.
∎ Develop and monitor Building Fire Safety Checklists for all Fire Systems, equipment, alarm etc.
∎ Regular check fire hose pipe and fire extinguisher.
∎ Monitor and ensure all Fire Emergency Exits and pathways are clear, clean and compliant must be.
∎ Develop and implement Building Fire Safety Plan for Evacuation, Drills Fire Fighting.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring rounds in building to ensure security system and staff are effective.
∎ Check CCTV footage daily.
∎ Check basement 1, 2, 3 daily, 6- 10 times.
∎ Security and shift monitoring with Duty Roster maintain.
∎ Monitor whether security is late (post empty).
∎ Monitor whether Zone Commandeer and In-Charge Supervisor allows security briefing.
∎ Make sure the night checker checks daily.
∎ Submit Security report on time (Daily, Weekly).
∎ Car Parking monitoring of Basement (Building rules).
∎ Access to the outside man according to Building Policy (Man Identity, Bag, Car, Motor Cycle check)
∎ Fire Detection System Monitoring (Fire panel, smoke detector, heat detector, pull station sounder)
∎ Fire Hydrant Pump Monitoring (Fire Pump, Jockey pump, hose cabinet, hose pipe, fire bridged box)
∎ Fire Extinguisher Refilling work and check (CO2, ABC Powder)
∎ Fire Equipment box monitor (Helmet, Hand globes, goggles, safety shoes, Mask)
∎ Fire Aid Box monitoring (Medical equipment).
∎ Building Evocation Plan and Emergency number upgrade (Fire service, police station, Ambulance).
∎ All fire related work Log Book maintain with others works supports.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Any other tasks as required by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 years building security & fire service experience at a reputed company/building.
∎ 7 years technical experience with Japanese/European security & fire safety.
∎ 7 years' experience with Japanese/Korean branded Lifts.
∎ 5 - 7 years working experience with Generator.
∎ 5 - 7 years' experience with Fire Safety and Fire equipment.
∎ 5 - 7 year's customer/client service experience.
∎ Operation and maintenance of Security & Fire Safety Equipment's.
∎ 5 - 7 years hands on experience in Reputed Industries /Building Security & Fire Safety.
∎ Completion of relevant Vocational or Technical Training Program.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any Security & Fire Safety Related Training
∎ N: B: Prerequisite qualification may be relaxed for truly deserving candidates.
