Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Travellerss Home is more than just a stay—it’s an experience! We’re a lively and welcoming accommodation business, and we need a gorgeous, confident, and energetic Receptionist who knows how to leave a lasting impression on our guests.
∎ Manage office schedules, meetings, and appointments. Handle phone calls, emails & other correspondence, Maintain the logistic supply.
∎ Maintain and organize confidential files and company records.
∎ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office documentation.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
∎ Handle visitors, clients, and office guests in a professional manner.
∎ Support the CEO & COO and administrative tasks when needed.
∎ Duty Hours: 12 hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
