Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain purchase, sales and stock maintenance.
∎ Prepare Products requisition as per customer demand.
∎ Receiving the products to check the actual batch no, expiry date, and MRP.
∎ Maintaining product shortlist logbook for the short products.
∎ Must follow company rules and regulations.
∎ Ability to handle both online-offline orders.
∎ Answering customer queries through various social media platforms.
∎ Sourcing new clients from market and social networking sites.
∎ Maintaining customer database.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction during sales & after sales.
∎ Maintaining showroom hygiene.
