Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for some efficient, courteous (POS/Cashier) for Super Shop “Mimi Bazar” who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier will scan the customer's selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location.
∎ • Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
∎ • Register sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases.
∎ • Resolve customer issues and answers questions.
∎ • Process returns transactions. Itemize and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, and operating a cash register.
∎ • Enter price changes by referring to price sheets and special sale bulletins.
∎ • Collect payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and make change for cash customers.
∎ • Bag or wrap purchases to ensure safe transport.
∎ • Reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts and balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
∎ • Provide pricing information by answering questions.
∎ • Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
∎ • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
