• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Good sense of product display and showroom presentation

Job Context

Dhrupodi is a growing lifestyle and handicrafts brand in Bangladesh. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor for our Uttara showroom who has strong knowledge in saree, three-piece, and home décor items especially handmade rugs.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Handle customers professionally and ensure excellent service

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain attractive product display (visual merchandising)

• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the showroom

• Manage and monitor stock and inventory

• Assist customers in selecting saree, three-piece, and home décor products

• Maintain daily sales records and reporting

Workplace: Work at office (Showroom – Uttara)

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM

Weekly Holiday: Wednesday

Showroom Size: 230 sqft
