• Familiar with the Dhaka city market and retail sales operations.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned areas.
• Motorcycle driving skill with a valid license will be an added advantage.

"Kalo Beverages," a sister concern of “Arabika Coffee,” is hiring young, energetic, and target-oriented sales representatives who has 1-3 years of field experience in the beverage industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.

• Visit retail shops, dealers, and distributors regularly to generate orders and ensure product availability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and market stakeholders.

• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.

• Introduce new products and promotional offers to customers.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer demand.

• Collect payments from customers as per company policy.

• Prepare daily market visit reports and submit sales updates to the supervisor.

• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

• Expand market coverage by identifying new outlets and business opportunities.
