Sales Executive - Chemical

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Chemical Sales, Industrial Product Sales, B2B Sales, Textile Chemicals, Dyes & Wash or a related industry.
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered based on their qualifications and skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of chemical products.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive – Chemical to develop our chemical sales business. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining existing business relationships, conducting market visits and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's chemical products to B2B customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit factories, industries and potential customers regularly.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and follow up with customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer payments.
• Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing and customer demand.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and customer visit reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical, commercial, accounts and delivery teams.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper after-sales support.
• Develop long-term business relationships with key customers.
• Perform other sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.
