ACI Motors has recently launched its Passenger Car Business (GWM) and requires dedicated retail sales professionals to strengthen market presence and drive vehicle sales. Therefore, a Sr./Executive – Retail Sales is required to generate sales leads, engage potential customers, conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, manage customer inquiries, convert prospects into sales, and ensure timely vehicle delivery to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
Major responsibilities are:
Achieve assigned retail sales targets through effective customer acquisition and conversion.
Generate prospective customer leads through showroom visits, referrals, and market development activities.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations for potential customers.
Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available variants.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotations, and facilitate vehicle booking and purchase processes.
Coordinate with financing partners to assist customers with vehicle loans and payment solutions.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery, proper documentation, and smooth customer handover.
Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, sales pipelines, and periodic performance reports.
