Educational Requirements:
∎ Science Graduate preferable in Agriculture, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry and Soil Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for:
∎ Make the feasibility of agricultural business in the command area and explore the market.
∎ Develop the market for Crop Protection Products/Seeds and Agro Equipment increase sales within the defined territory.
∎ Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
∎ Achieving Monthly Recovery Target.
∎ To be specific - the incumbent will be completely responsible for Marketing & Sales, Promotion, Credit Control, Recovery, Distribution and Realization of Territory.
∎ Be well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to Management.
∎ Also, conduct and group discussion with farmers, retailers or distributors aimed to educate and attract them on company's product portfolio.
∎ To assist Area Head/Sales Manager to promote the products, thus increasing sale of Products to a greater height.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Around 30 years.
∎ Minimum 02 years practical experience in Marketing & Sales (Crop Protection Products / Pesticides) in respective position.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate should have valid driving Motor Cycle License.
∎ He should have good team working abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and work to tight deadlines.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ Should be energetic & capable to work under pressure and have good oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
