• ক্রেতাকে কনভিন্স করার যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

• নেগোসিয়েশন দক্ষতা থাকা চাই।

• এনালিটিক্যাল দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

• প্রযুক্তিগত দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:

• মাসিক টার্গেট পুরন করার মতন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম জেনে পণ্য বিক্রয় ও ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

• দ্রুত সময়ে পন্য সম্পর্কে ক্রেতাকে অভিহিত করতে হবে।

• অবশ্যই সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

• ক্রেতার সাথে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে লেনদেন সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে।

• দলকে নেতৃত্ব ও অনুপ্রাণিত করার জন্য উপস্থিত বুদ্ধি ও দায়িত্বশীলতা থাকতে হবে।

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের অন্যান্য দলনেতাদের পালস বুঝে দায়িত্ব ভাগ করে কাজ করার যোগ্যতা থাকা চাই।

• একাধিক ক্রেতাকে একসাথে সার্ভিস প্রদান করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

• কোম্পানির সেলস বৃদ্ধির উদ্দ্যেশে ক্রেতাকে পন্যের সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে জানাতে হবে।

• বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো জায়গায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

• বার্ষিক বিক্রয়, প্রযুক্তিগত পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়নের সুবিধার্থে বিক্রয় দলকে প্রশিক্ষণ দেয়ার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

কোম্পানিতে ৬মাস এর বেশি কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর, যোগ্যতা অনুসারে সেলস কমিশন প্রাপ্ত হবে।
