Job Context: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Officer who have worked in the outlets of the FMCG sector. Sales officer duties will include appointment of new distributors, hitting annual targets, building relationships with distributor & retailer, expand uncovered outlets/areas and understanding customer trends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target.

• Create new retailer as well as expand uncovered areas.

• Monitor and manage/handle distributor function such as stock, delivery, market return, credit and take action based on finding.

• Analyze the Monthly Target Vs achievement (Brand and SKU wise), Distributor Stock, Credit & Over Due report & take necessary action based on findings.

• Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.

• Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and submit to the supervisor or line manager timely.

• Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
