DZN Labels Ltd. (Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh) is a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director who will be responsible for our Sales & Marketing department. His/her work will revolve around the buyers/brands around the world and the sale of goods produced in our own factory. Ideally, he will be able to bring new buyer as well as new customers to the establishment.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to bring new BUYERS/BRAND to the establishment.
Must have good knowledge and communication with various buyers/international retailers.
Must have the leadership quality to run the teams.T
o be responsible for leading Sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management.
Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Bench marking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations.
To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
Meeting customers regularly and ensure them a satisfactory service even after sales completed.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods and results.
To Follow-up the L/C, UD & Acceptance collection from the customer.
Co-ordinate with the buyers and production unit, team member, managements to ensure on time shipment and 100% quality approval.
Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.
Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
Selling-Garments Accessories Labels: Woven, Offset, Printing, Thermal, Leather etc.
Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.
