Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment plans, closing deals to meet or exceed monthly/annual revenue goals.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all land transactions comply with legal requirements and collaborate with legal/finance teams.
· Identify and contact potential apartment buyers (individuals, businesses, investors)
· Present apartment projects, location advantages, and pricing details
· Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
· Explain legal documents, ownership details, and payment plans
· Negotiate prices and close sales deals
· Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
· Coordinate with marketing and legal teams
· Maintain records of leads, calls, and transactions
· Convert leads into confirmed sales
