  • Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.

Responsibilities & Context:

A leading group of company engaged in nationwide distribution business of world renowned stationary brands like as KANGARO, MONAMI, NATARAJ/APASARA and KORES. Looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Manager (SM) to drive business and lead the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Monthly or Yearly sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
  • Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting, regional & area meeting and evaluate field forces performance.
  • Prepare distribution expansion plan in vacant/expansion areas and drive to execute within the given time line.
  • Successfully implementation of trade scheme/qps/cp and display program.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales report and action plan in excel with sharp analysis.
  • Train the Sales force regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
  • Ready to handle institutional sales/corporate client individually.
  • Monitor competitor’s activities and prepare counter strategies for the field sales force.
  • Settle all secondary/incentive/damage claims on time.
  • Ready to work in stretch environment.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
