Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell land projects to potential clients
∎ Generate leads through networking, field visits, and cold calls
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support
∎ Arrange and conduct site visits for clients
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets
∎ Prepare and maintain customer databases and sales reports
∎ Build long-term relationships with clients
∎ Job Context: We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated and target-oriented individuals to join our land sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales. Experience in land or property sales will be an added advantage.
