• Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 25 to 38 years
• Only Female

• At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Job Description:

Vinci Properties Limited is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and investors.

• Present and sell real estate properties, highlighting their features, benefits, and investment potential.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Negotiate and close property sales deals, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for clients.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, property tours, and market reports to clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create effective sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
