Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell real estate properties and hotel ownership units to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.·        
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, marketing initiatives, and client outreach.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
