Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate, hospitality, or investment sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bengali; knowledge of other languages is a plus (Arabic, Hindi, Chinese).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Must have a professional appearance and attitude suitable for dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally for sales activities.
Responsibilities & Context: Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively promote and sell real estate properties and hotel ownership units (fractional and full) to local and international clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, property showings, and site visits with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, cold calling, events, and field visits.
- Understand and explain the features, benefits, ROI, and legal aspects of our ownership models to prospects.
- Maintain a client database, manage CRM entries, and follow up consistently until deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contract terms while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and property exhibitions.
- Attend industry events, expos, and open houses to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Support the team in achieving group sales targets and strategic growth goals.
